The mission of the O’Neal Project is to preserve and restore the historic Xenia Carnegie library and transform it into a vibrant cultural center that supports the arts, education, culinary experiences, and community gathering for generations to come.

The restored Carnegie Building will serve as a gathering place where history, art, food, education, and culture come together under one roof.

O'Neal'sRestaurant

O'Neal's restaurant will serve brunch and lunch daily on the main level. It will be an ideal place for patrons to work, and socialize over a cup of coffee, or tea, and a healthy bite to eat.

Wedding Venue

Brides and grooms will be proud to host their special events in such an elegant building. The decadent food and beverages for these events will be provided from our full catering menu.

Culinary Center

The commercial kitchen space will be on the lower level. Here, the community can take cooking and decorating classes, and attend lectures from visiting chefs, doctors, and authors on book tours who promote healthy cooking.
